Order Processing

Super Stitchy guarantees an order processing window of seven (7) business days, this includes shipping.

Dyed to Order Items

In the event that you’ve purchased a dyed to order item, please note the following information:

  • Dyed to order functions as a preorder meaning the selected product has not been created and must be made for you. Accordingly, please allow up to seven (7) extra business days for order processing.

Backordered Items

In the event that you’ve purchased a backordered item, please note the following information:

  • Back orders function as pre-orders meaning the selected product is out of stock and must be made for you. Accordingly, please allow up to seven (7) extra business days for order processing

Of course, I will do my best to process and ship orders quickly. Wherever possible I will process product creation and other services within the normal shipping window. However, with a new baby in the Super Stitchy household my time is more divided these days, and I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as I work to get your fiber goodies on their way to you.
